COMMITTING OURSELVES

Here we offer to God our lives and the symbols of our lives in order that they may be made holy and changed by God himself.

This is the first overt act of Christians in implementing the desired change in themselves and the world.

These offerings suggest our worldly lives: bread, wine and money, our struggle and success in living.

We bring the unity and diversity of our human life to God: the life of the farmer, the merchant, etc.
